It’s easier than you think! Be sure you still have a protein source in the meal. Good meat substitutes are beans and tofu. You can add beans to a vegetable stew or use tofu in your stir fry. It’s easy to add one of the many choices of legumes to obtain your daily protein requirement. I like to add in chick peas or cannellini beans to many of my dishes!
