Yes, I know Vitamin C in capsule form is hard to get right now. But we have so many readily available food sources for this essential vitamin. Our bodies don’t make this vitamin so we must obtain it from food. In addition to supporting the immune system, Vitamin C is also used in collagen synthesis (yep, it’s great for your skin!), protein metabolism, connective tissue rebuilding, iron absorption and regeneration of other antioxidants. Pick the foods you like from the list below and increase them in your diet.
